The scholarship only covers 12-month full time taught courses which require the presence of the student at the university (distance learning, part-time and research Master’s degrees are not eligible for this scholarship).

The scholarship covers tuition fees to a maximum of £19,000 and a monthly stipend to cover living costs (as set each academic year by the Association of Commonwealth Universities). Other costs such as travel to and from the UK and, in extreme circumstances, the course application fee may also be provided by MAP and the Asfari Foundation at its discretion.
